as a baltimore kid this was sort of the ultimate achievement. i grew up and was born in a house that is right in front of the park. being in the press box, there is no cheering in the press box. you are talking to a fan. for me, i get caught up in the emotions of the game just like any fan that's here in the stand. this job is so unique and something i never dreamed in a million years i would be doing. there is only 30 guys and a girl, 29 twice and a girl in major league baseball that do what we get to do everyday. i never lost sight of that. that's something i want to remember everyday. this is an amazing baseball city. this town loves baseball, and we had a rough go the last two years. to see it coming back, would imagine i would be doing this. i saw it happen. i dreamed about announcing to 50,000 people in the ballpark when it sold out for the playoff game. i know what that's going to feel like, i can't wait. >> reporter: not that that job isn't awesome to begin with, what a time to be his first year on the job. a front row seat, night after
